Getting to Antiparos requires traveling through Paros.
Traveling to Paros
You can reach Paros either by flying or taking a ferry from Athens or nearby islands. If you are flying from the US, the most common routes include:
Athens to Paros by Plane (easiest & recommended)
Fly into Athens (ATH) or Thessaloniki (SKG), then take a direct 35-minute flight to Paros (PAS).
Flights to Paros from Athens and Thessaloniki run frequently and are operated by Olympic Air, Sky Express, and Aegean Airlines.
Important: These domestic flights must be booked separately. You’ll need to collect your luggage after your international flight and re-check in at the domestic terminal.
Athens to Paros by Ferry
If you prefer the ferry, aim to depart from Rafina Port.
Rafina is closer to the airport and typically offers more frequent routes to Paros.
Ferry companies serving Rafina to Paros include: Golden Star Ferries, SeaJets, and Fast Ferries / Cyclades Fast Ferries.
Mykonos to Paros by Ferry
Many major European cities offer direct flights to Mykonos (JMK). From Mykonos, it’s a 45-minute ferry to Paros.
Note that you will need to coordinate a transfer from the Mykonos airport to the port (~12 minute drive).
Paros to Antiparos
Antiparos is located just one nautical mile southwest of Paros and is accessible only via Paros.
To reach Antiparos, you must first head to Pounda port on Paros. You can either taxi or take the public bus. From Pounda port, it’s a short 7-minute ferry ride to Antiparos.
Getting Around
While small, Antiparos has towns and beaches spread across the island. We recommend renting transportation.
Options:
Cars: Available on Paros
ATVs or buggies: Available for rent at the Antiparos port
You can drive directly onto the ferry to Antiparos with your car, ATV, or buggy.
